Auto rising stop edge available in two options: as hydraulic operated automatic stop (height: 70mm, platform length/width +100mm) or mechanically operated automatic stop (height: 70mm, platform length/width +150mm !not available in superlow models)
The bridge plates are available in a standard version with a 6/8 mm teardrop, 400 mm long, and in segments with a durable 8/10 mm teardrop. In both variants, 50 mm should be added to the platform length. A hydraulic bridge plate is also possible, in this case the installation dimensions are +140 mm (platform length).
The ramps are dedicated for all TCB superlow models. Available in two variants: 600x800mm (TCB1000 and TCB1500) and 800x800mm (TCB2000 model)
Truck sleeves are essential component for the lifting base (considered the FLT sub frame) in all applications where the forklift skids must drive under the lifting table to load the platform. If selected, add 100mm to the lifting table closed height.
Chain mash guards are available in standard galvanised mesh with hanging rods and stainless steel mesh with hanging rods. For both versions, add 75 mm to the platform length/width. Pick up brackets on the base frame are available as well.
PVC roller blind curtain. Available for all 4 table sides. !Rollers are not possible on platform sides shorter than 1050 mm. The length/width of the platform should be added 75 mm to each side. side.

Extremely durable, large foot control unit. IP67 protection. Equipped with three buttons: up/down/emergency stop button.
Ergonomic, clearly visible hand control unit. Also available with an increased level of protection. Equipped with three buttons: up/down/emergency stop button. Available with stand and/or magnet.
Handrails are available in heights of 1100 mm and 1600 mm, with or without steel cladding. Single gate up to 1200mm wide, double gate up to 2400mm wide. There are different types of locks available.
Available in two versions: Interlock A (Gate unlocked during travel. Gate must be closed to travel) and Interlock B (Gate locked during travel. Gate must be closed to travel)
Various switches are available to achieve the required functionality. They are hidden in free areas of the platform.
Adjustable landing legs are essential when installing the device in a pit. They ensure that the platform fits perfectly to the edge of the floor when the device is in the closed position and and support the platform when working with a heavy load.
A hand pump appreciated especially in mobile applications, in places where there is no access to electricity or in applications used in explosion-hazardous areas.
Mobile lifting table with push handle. Available with standard electro-hydraulic power unit, battery powered hydraulic system or manual hand pump set up. The base frame is self-supporting and mounted with 2 locking and 2 swivel nylon wheels with brake. A handle for pushing the table is attached to the base frame.
Tilt units are available in 45 and 90 degrees angles. Tilt is possible along the long or short side. The platform is supplied with a 100 mm wide supporting edge and safety trip bar. When tilted along the shorter side of the table, the capacity is reduced to 50% of the lifting table capacity. When tilting along the long side of th table, the capacity is max. 33% of the lifting table capacity. If selected, add 165mm to the lifting table closed height.
Turntables come in three main types: Type A (a 60mm high circular turntable), Type B (a 3-5mm high circular turntable above the platform), Type C – pictured (a 105mm high rectangular turntable). Type C is available with a spring lock with a handle, including 4 stop positions.

Gravity roller conveyors as well as driven roller conveyors are available. Rollers are available in various sizes, galvanised or stainless steel, depending on your needs.
Automatic platform level adjustment with photo cell. This functionality is highly appreciated in all areas of product packaging/picking. This function can be deactivated at any time and the lifting table can be switched to classic operation mode (controlled via the control box). The kit includes a photocell, limit switch, stand and thermal cut-out up to 2.2kW motor.
Product weight measurement is achieved in two ways, depending on the project’s needs. Strain gauges can be integrated directly into the lifting table base or a complete platform scale can be integrated onto the lifting table platform. The weighing results are displayed on a dedicated display installed near the lift, and/or the weight signal is transmitted to the customer’s host system.
